WOD October 22nd – Barbells for Boobs and Chili Cook-off

No 9:30 WOD Saturday 10/22. Come on out and support our Barbells for Boobs fundraiser and 1st annual chili cook-off.  If you would like to participate in the BB4B workout we are doing partner style Helen meets Grace (or you can perform one of the below workouts individually).

Helen- 3 rounds

400m run (both partners run)

21 KB swings 24/16k (split as needed)

12 Pull-ups mod ring rows (split as needed), then

Grace- for time

30 Clean and jerk 135/95 (split as needed)
