WOD October 3rd- Run, Jump and Push

Strength Push Press 3 x 5 reps, Push Jerk or Split jerk 3 x 3: Increase weights each set if able, work on quick shoulders and explosive leg drive on the push press and quick movement under the bar on the jerks. Technique!!
