WOD October 7th- Grip Test

Skill w/u 10 minute cycle of following exercises: 3 Turkish Get Ups per side, 30 DU’s or singles, 10 bar kips, 5 light deadlifts, 200 meter run

Core: 20 seconds Russian twists, 20 seconds med ball sit ups, 20 second rest x 6 rounds

WOD – 10 Min. AMRAP

15 Pull ups (mod-banded, ring rows)

15 Deadlifts 185/135
