7 RFT and reps

Every 3:30 min run 400m and complete 12 T2B

For example: at 3…2…1 go you will run a 400, upon your return you will complete 12 T2B and rest the remainder of the time.  If the 3 minutes pass and you are not done with your T2B you will still begin your next run.

This WOD is scored as total time to complete (won’t exceed 24:30 minutes) and total T2B completed (84 are available).

*Bonus – 3:00 minute rounds
