WOD…Sept 12th…Team!

Team WOD
In teams of 4, complete as many reps as possible of the following circuit in 30 minutes:
400 meter run
Box Jump Overs
Burpee Pull-up
Wall Climbs
Each team member will start at a station and may not rotate until their teammate returns from the run.
