Knees locked (softly) – slightly bent

Bar goes just below the knees

Dont give up your back

Chest up

Squeeze glutes at the top

10,8,5,5,5,5,5 (light weight technique)


5 Rounds for time

10 – Ring Dips

10 – Ring Rows

60 second elbow plank (must ether hold for 60 or accumulate 60 before moving on)
