Strength – Strict Press – 3 warm-up sets followed by 5 sets of 5 progressively increasing weight.


For time:

75 – HSPU

Each time you break (a break is either coming of the wall/box or resting for longer than a 3 count at the bottom of the hand stand) – 7 Burpees

20 min time cap
