Skill2 – Wall Walks – 5 x 5


WOD – Partner for time

Row – 2K

Rope – 10 Ascents

KB Snatch – 60 Single Arm – 24/16K

You and a partner will complete the work above, with one person on the rower at all times until the 2K is complete.  You can break the work up however you like and complete the rope and KB work in any order.  For example, person 1 rows 250K while person 2 gets 1 rope climb and 10 snatches completed, then you switch.
