For time:

8 – Pull-up

7 – C2B

6 – MU

8 – Push-ups

7 – HRPU

6 – Burpees

Followed by 6, 5, 4, 6, 5, 4 and 4, 3, 2, 4, 3, 2

Pull-up scale to red/black band or ring row.  RX muscle up is ring…scale to bar MU or 2 pull-up and 2 dips per MU
