Strength Deadlift 3 x 5, 2-3 x 3:  Increase in weight if able and form allows

 

WOD – Death By, Or 15 minutes

1 wall ball(20/14)

1 med ball ab mat sit-up (same as wall ball)

Every minute each increase by 1

(Time Cap 15 min.)
