WOD September 29th- Squat Cleans

Strength Front Squats 2 x 5, 3 x 3: Make these challenging, especially on the sets of 3’s. Get your bodies ready for the heavy WOD weights.

WOD – Squat Cleans for time

135/95 x 10

165/115 x 8

185/135 x 6

205/145 x 4

225/155 x 2

(Time Cap 12 minutes)

Due to amount of small plates needed, large classes will run wods in 2 heats, partner up and count for each other.

****Person doing the wod changes own weights****

****Time cap will not be extended since we may have two heats, choose weights accordingly****
