General wu- 3 x 100 meter sprint + 50 DU’s or 75 singles: Small groups will start out at the 200 meter mark and sprint into the gym and perform jump ropes. Recovery is walking back out to 200m mark.

25 Burpee Box Overs (24/20”)

40 Abmat sit ups

50 Wall Balls (20/14)
