Strength 2 Power snatch + 2 OHS E90sec X 5: Try to achieve your intended WOD weight by round 4

WOD – 20 Min AMRAP

Run 400- Counts as 2 reps-If you reach the 200 mark that is one rep

10 Power snatches- Odd Rounds (115/75)

10 OHS- Even Rounds

10 Burpees every round

***Start with Power snatches and alternate each round with OHS same weight***
