April 4th – Double Grace

Strength Strict Press 3 x 5, Push Press 2 x 4, push jerk 3 x 3: Try to do last set of each lift at approx. 85% of 1Rm for that particular lift. Use a slower than normal descent on the push press and push jerk sets to build strength during eccentric movement.
