Strength Deadlift  4 x 5 @ 80-85%: After warmup, begin your sets of 5 @ 80%, if that feels good increase the weight gradually up to a max of 85% for 5. If you cannot get 5, drop wt. down

Buy-in 100 DU’s (200 singles)…Then

2 Rounds

200m KB farmers carry (16/12) One in each hand

25 Goblet Squats (one of your KB’s)

Then

Cash out with 100 DU’s (200 Singles)
