Strength Complex E2MIN x 5/Power clean + Push press + Hang power clean + Push jerk + Squat clean + Split jerk: Hang onto the bar until push jerk is complete, drop the bar and as quickly as possible set up and finish complex with squat clean + split jerk. Practice technique and quickness under the bar. Increase load according to feel.
