Strength Cycle week #7 Back Squat 1 x 6 @ 60%, 1 x 5 @ 75%, 1 x 3 @ 80%, 2 x 3 @ 90% Based on most current 1RM. Squat depth is crucial on this cycle, whether front or back squats.
