Strength EMOM 10 Min: Odd min 3 C + J. Even min 5 squat cleans. Go as heavy as you think you can and make it through with good form. Use same weight for both.  Do not have to be TNG’s


50 DU’s (3-1 singles)

10 S2OH (115/75)

12 Pull ups
