Meet at Red Rocks

Warm-up with a partner
2 – rounds
20 chest passes – 12 1b ball
20 overhead sit-up – 12 1b ball
3 resistance band runs – 30 meters
WOD – as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
10 push-ups
15 bleacher jumps
20 air squats
run to the top of the amphitheatre
