Strength Cycle week  #8 (Deload) Back Squat 3 x 6@ 50%, 3 x 6 Jump Squats @ 35% Based on most current 1RM. Explosive ascents. On jump squats, leave the ground by an inch or two and land with soft knees to absorb impact.
