Strength- Thrusters Every 2 Min x 5 Rounds staring with 6 reps round 1, 5 reps round 2, 4 reps round 3, and so on. Start light and increase weight each round achieving desired WOD weight by round 3 or 4.

3 Rope Climbs (Mod-9 Pull ups + 9 Knee raises)

15 TTB (Mod-Abmat situps)
