WOD – 24 min AMRAP
20- KB Swings
10- Burpee Plate Jumps
20- Medball situp passes (total, 10 each)
200m OH Run
P1 starts with KB swings while P2 starts on burpee plate jumps (working at same time). Once both have completed, switch (P1 now does burpee plate jumps while P2 completes KB swings). Once both partners have completed each movement, then move on to partner medball situps. After MB situps are completed each partner will take either the kb, plate, or medball and hold it overhead for a 200 meter run.
