Strength Bench Press 1RM Day: Determine 1RM by either performing a single max or if uncomfortable doing a single use a double or triple max and use conversion formulas which will be provided.  Log result for use in upcoming strength program. Use a spotter!!!

WOD For Time

Row 500 for time… then 5 Rounds

10 KB swings (24/16)

10 KB box step ups (20/16”)-Hold KB however you choose

***2 Separate scores- Row time and overall time***
