Warm-up: KB swings 30 seconds on 30 seconds off x 4/DU’s or singles 30 seconds on 30 seconds off x 4

 

WOD – 5RFT

2 Rope climbs (mod- 8 pull ups/ring rows + 8 knee raises or sit ups per round)

10 KB Hang snatches (32/24)(mod-DB snatches) (5 per arm, do not need to alternate)

30 DU’s (3-1 singles)
