Strength Deadlift 1RM Day: Determine 1RM by either performing a single max or if uncomfortable doing a single use a double or triple max and use conversion formulas which will be provided. Remember that form is priority over weight. Log result for use in upcoming strength program.

WOD – 3RFT

5 Ring Muscle ups (mod-5 bar mu or 10 pullups per round)

10 HRPU

15 TTB (mod-hanging knee raises)

20 HSPU (mod-seated kb presses)
