March 10th – CrossFit Open Workout 17.3!

Reminder no 6:45pm FIT class. Also from 4-7pm there will be no formal classes run. Instead, it will be open gym for you to come in and do the WOD which will be run in 20 minute intervals. We will have a recommended warm-up for you to do.
