Strength Hang Power Clean and Jerk x 5 E2MIN x 5: Complete 5 continuous hang power clean and jerks without putting the bar down. Work on hook grip and bar cycling. Increase wt. each set.

10 Power clean (155/105)

30 Med ball Sit ups (20/14)

10 Power Clean

30 Wall balls (20/14-same as for sit ups)
