March 6th – Work Area

Strength: 2 Power Snatches + 3 OHS E2MOM x 5 Concentrate on shrug and hip extension for power on snatches and good depth on OHS. Increase in weight if comfortable with movements.

WOD – 2RFT

25 Burpees

20 TTB

15 Power snatches (75/55)

10 OHS

***RX+ add on 5 rope climbs at end of each round (and still make time cap)***
