Row 500

400m Plate run (45/35)-Carry plate however you want

40 Wall Balls

400m KB Farmers carry (16/12)- One in each hand

(Time Cap 18 Min)- Staggered start if necessary

***If not enough KB’s-half class swaps the order of plate run and farmers carry***
