Strength Barbell cycling 5 TNG Clean + jerks E2Min x 5 rounds: Work on cycling the barbell efficiently from the ground to front rack to the OH position. Concentrate on using single dip to receive barbell in clean position and to thrust barbell overhead with either push press or push jerk, especially on the lighter lifts. Once the weight gets heavy you may need to catch and reset before performing OH.
