Strength  Bear Complex (3 unbroken) E3Min x 4 rounds: One Bear Complex consists of; Power clean, front squat, push press, back squat, and push press (from behind neck). Then you will touch weights to ground and go right into the next one until you have completed all three.  Start light and increase weight as you go.
