September 25th- Grace hits the Bar

Strength E2Min 5 Clean and jerk TNG x 5 rounds: Try transitioning from the clean to the jerk as smoothly and efficiently as possible, using a single dip to catch the clean as well as to propel the bar off of the front rack. Once the weight gets heavy this might not be feasible, so practice this during the light rounds; Increase weight each round according to feel.

10 Bar muscle ups (20 pull ups/ring rows + 20 dips)

30 Clean and jerks (135/95)

10 Bar muscle ups (20 pull ups/ring rows + 20 dips)
