10 Plate Burpees (45/35) (Perform burpee in any position next to plate and then hop onto plate to finish burpee w/full extension)

10 Plate G2OH (45/35) Touch any part of plate to ground and full extension overhead

2 Rope Climbs (8 pull ups/ring rows + 8 Ab movements per round)
