Part A – Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes (10 Sets) – High Hang clean (squat) + Hang Clean (squat) – build in weight each round only to the point that your mechanics remain sound

Part B – For Time

20 – Hang Power Clean – 185/125

100 – DU or 2 to 1

2 scores – max weight for strength complex and time for Triplet
