Warm-up – Dizzy Free-throw????

Team WOD – (Teams of 3)

25 min AMRAP

Row

10 – Burpees

15 – Goblet squats

20 – Mountain Climbers (left/right = 1)

Rower will always be moving (switch as needed), while 1 person works through the triplet and the other rests.  Score will be total rounds completed and total meters rowed.
