50 – Partner MB Russian Twist – sitting side-by-side person 1 touches left than right and then hands off for person 2 to do the same (right to left). This sequence = 1.
75 – Jumping Squats – 1 person working at a time
75 – KB swings – 1 person working at a time and KB never touches the ground (5 burpee penalty)
