Strength – Week 4 – Squat Clean – Deload – 5 @ 40% – 5 @ 50% – 5 @ 60% x 3 – 3 @ 60% (6 total sets)

With a continuously running clock complete 5 thrusters every min
From 0:00 – 5:00 use 75/55#
From 5:00 – 10:00 use 95/75#
From 10:00 – 15:00 use 115/95#
From 15:00 – 20:00 use 135/115#
Your score is the last set successfully completed within the minute and the weight used. Workout is complete when the last athlete falls out or the 20 min cap is reached – If you fall out early keep that score and continue working until the last person finishes (deload if required or reduce the number of reps)
