P2 – Complete the following Triplet for rounds and reps:
10 – Barbell Clusters – 55/85#
12 – “Evil Wheel” roll-out – Knees on an abmat – hands on barbell at shoulder width – rollout as close to flat without coming into contact with the ground and return
14 – Plate Lunges – 25/35# – L/R = 1
Switch after each run
