WOD…April 4th…Dead!

Strength – Deadlift – 20 minutes to find 1 rep max with perfect form.  Coaches will verify final lift based on maintaining a flat back, full extension at the top, and traveling back down with the bar to completion.

20 – Front Squat – 115/75#

20 – PG2OH – 45/35#

20 – Russian Twists – 45/35#

EMOTM  – 3 HRB (hand release burpee)
