This workout is the 1000th workout programmed at Anchor CrossFit. Pretty crazy to think about, especially if you have been with us since the beginning! I thought about doing some crazy 1000 rep workout, but then it occurred to me that it would then probably be our last workout at Anchor…so you are welcome! Thanks to all of our members who have made this possible. Believe me when I say we are grateful for each and every one of you.
Warm-up – 1000 meter row
Strength – Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets) – High Hang Squat Snatch (just below hip crease) + Hang Squat Snatch (just above knees) – Build up to a heavy set
5 – Bar Muscle-up – sub 10 strict chest 2 bar or pull-up or ring row
10 – Deadlift – 275/185#
50 – DU or 2 to 1
