Skill/WU – 3 rNfT – 5-10 strict pull-up (band as necessary; if banded do not exceed 5) – 2 Heavy farmers carry down and back is 1 – 10 GHD SU

T2B – (K2E, T2R, Knee up, or on the floor)

HSPU – (pike on a box or K2HS negative)

Pull-up – (Black/red band or ring rows)
