50 – Walking Lunge

50 – Knees to Elbow

50 – Push press – 45/35#

50 – Back extensions

50 – Wall ball shot – 20/14#

50 – Burpees

50 – Double unders (150 singles)

Partner A begins the work while partner B completes 15 ball slams.  Each time the ball slams are completed partners switch; picking up where the other left off until all movements are completed.
