Strength – Snatch Complex – 10 min EMOM – 1 x power, 1 x hang squat, 1 x full, and 2 OHS

WOD

Partner Run

4 rounds for time and total reps:

Partner A runs a 400m

Partner B completes the following AMRAP: 10 – Lunge step (L/R = 1), 15 Mountain Climber (L/R = 1), 20 Sit-up

Keep switching until both partners complete the 400m run 4 x each

Score = total time and rounds + reps
