AMRAP – 2 Minutes

Two minutes at each of the following couplets – Partners switch every 5 reps

5 reps per excercise – Partners

1) Box Jumps/Air Squats 20/24″    2) Pushup/Pullup

3) WB/MBC 20/14#                             4) Hang Clean/Push Press – Sandbag

5) Jumping Lunges/Burpees           6) KB Swing/Situp 24/16K

7) PTOH/TTB 45/25#

Score = Sum of total rounds completed at each station
