Warm-up –  (15 minutes total) 5 rounds of 30 sec intervals with 15 second transition –  Barbell floor press – Light wall ball – Mountain climber – DU or fast singles

WOD             

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 – Burpees

5 – C2B Pull-up

Rest exactly 5 minutes and then complete 5 min AMRAP of

6 – Ring dips

9 – Box Jump overs – 24/20”
