WOD August 2nd- 3, 2, 1

Strength/Skill: 10 good mornings w/barbell, 10 abmat sit-ups, 10 air squats,  2/1 rope climbs or 3-4 hand over hands, 250 row

Partner wall balls – 20 per minute for 5 minutes:  Partner one throws, partner 2 catches and vice versa. Once you reach 20 you rest for remainder of minute. Every time the ball hits the target or wall it counts as one.

8 box jumps/8 KB swings (24/16)

1 minute rest

1 minute max burpees
