CrossFit Kids

Strength – Clean and Jerk – 5,5,3,3,1 to 60-70% of 1 rep max.  Than complete 5 bear complex using the split jerk for the push press portion.  Bear = Clean – Front Squat – Push Press – Back Squat – Push Press (no split).

100 – KB Swings 24/16K

150 – Abmat sit-up
