800m run (together)

70 – Sit-ups (switch every 10, partner holds a plank)

60 – Slam Ball (Switch every 10, partner holds bottom of squat)

50 – Jumping Lunges (both complete 50)

40 – Push- up (Switch every 5)

30 – Kettlebell Swings (Switch every 10 until you both get 30)

20 – Burpees over partner in plank hold (Switch every 5)

800m run (together)
