12 Days of Christmas

Complete 1, then 1&2, then 1&2&3, and so on till you get to 12.

 

1 – Deadlift (275/185)

2 – Muscle Ups or 2 pull ups/ring dips

3 – Goblet Squats – 24/16K

4 – Pistols (each leg) or 20 Air Squats

5 – KB Swings – 24/16K

6 – Burpees

7 – Pull Ups

8 – KB Front Rack Lunges – 24/16K

9 – Push Ups

10 – Box Jumps

11 – HSPU

12 – PG2OH – 45/35#
