Strength – Front Squat – every 2 min 5 reps for 6 sets…increase weight to today’s heavy
WOD
9 – Bar muscle up or 18 C2B PU and 18 Ring dips (can complete PU and then Dips)
21 – Push Jerk – 115/75# (must be a push jerk or split jerk)
7 – Bar Muscle-up or 14 C2B PU and 14 Ring dips
15 – Push Jerk – 115/75#
5 – Bar Muscle Up or 10 C2B PU and 10 Ring dip
9 – Push Jerk – 115/75#
